The 3 routes presented above are each specialized respectively in family outings, jumps and slides. To offer you a full range of choices, it is on the Massif de l'Espinouse, in Saint Geniès de Varensale that our instructors offer you the missing course, a canyon rich in reminders!
You will also find some jumps and slides there but will have the advantage of enjoying a multitude of abseils in all their forms. Because ? a wild course strewn with waterfalls which will have to be crossed using abseils ranging from 8 to 30 meters.

For each descent in the canyon in the Hérault, Alteo Nature provides you with the necessary and suitable equipment: a 5mm neoprene suit will be loaned to you as well as a helmet and a harness.
You will need to provide a swimsuit (to put under the suit), a towel to dry yourself at the end of the activity and sneaker-type shoes that hold on to your feet. (Rental possible)
Don't forget your camera to capture the magic moments you are going to have. (rental of a device for 20 euros extra)

Do you want to go canyoning in the Hérault? We offer different routes depending on your level. As a family, or for a first experience, you prefer aquatic hiking, more fun and accessible than canyoning. You are hungry for sensations, come and test one of our canyoning courses in the gorges.
The aquatic hike uses the same techniques as canyoning but consists of progressing in streams that are less tight and easier to access. Jumping, diving into streams and basins, abseiling, enjoying floating moments to take a break, and slipping on natural slides with clear and limpid waters are all workshops waiting for you.
Canyoning (canyoning or canyoning) is one of the most popular outdoor activities due to the multitude of workshops and crossings on offer.
