Varied sites adapting to everyone's skills!

Alteo Nature offers year-round climbing routes for all levels and ages in Languedoc-Roussillon and more specifically in Hérault. It is therefore under the sun, in a natural and unspoiled setting that you will have the pleasure of discovering climbing. (Any request in the neighboring departments: Aveyron, Gard, Lozère can be studied).

You can evolve, climb on the cliffs, go more or less high according to your ease and discover the wide range of activities dedicated to the vertical world!

Each participant can progress at their own pace under the supervision of a qualified instructor from Climbing State.

Community, business: want a climbing activity to delight your children?

We offer various formulas around Montpellier

Le Thaurac, Saint Guilhem le Désert, Saint Jean de Buèges, Saint Bauzille de Montmel, Castries ... so many spots that can accommodate groups wishing to discover the joys of climbing.

Fun and accessible, you can offer a simple initiation activity where children can do the same climb several times.

For a more complete activity, we offer an "Acro-Roc" package, including a zip line and ape bridge. An activity halfway between climbing and the via ferrata.

These courses have a pedagogical aim of learning fundamental concepts in climbing such as belaying, climbing in the lead, self-assured abseiling. Throughout the course, the instructor will make sure to comment on the surrounding nature, in particular by taking stock of respect for the environment, a value that is close to our hearts at Alteo Nature.

Personified outings: an outing between insiders or confirmed?

Climbing with others allows a better discovery of the activity and the different techniques, thus facilitating learning. On this occasion, we will be able to form groups of 5 people for an optimal initiation.

Confirmed climbers from another region? Alteo Nature has 2 guides formerly trainers of the FFME, French Federation of Mountain and Climbing who will make you discover the best spots in the region and tell you the secrets.

All types of terrain await you: Blocks, rinds, long routes, adventure terrain ...

The equipment necessary for a successful outing

For your climbing activity, we provide you with:

- A helmet
- A harness
- Carabiners
- Descenders
- Lanyards
- A harness

On your side, don't forget to bring a sports outfit, a pair of closed lace-up sneakers (which stays on your foot and is comfortable for you), a cap, water and a snack.

Our shared passion for climbing led us to pursue studies in the field and thus to become an instructor. We are committed to making you discover the different techniques for optimal practice while spending moments of pleasure. At Alteo Nature, it is in a cool and relaxed spirit that we will take you to the most beautiful spots in the region.

Our desire not to develop further is the fruit of our desire to satisfy our customers by offering small group outings. This management allows you to present yourself throughout the course of the respected places.
