How to get to the Rec Grand canyon?

Recommended routes

To facilitate the meeting, the meeting is at the reception point of the Caroux tourist office, Avenue de la Gare, 34390 Mons. The instructor will meet you there and you will then follow him 5 minutes by car to reach the car park.

In car :

- From Montpellier: Take the A750 to Clermont-L'Hérault, then take direction Bédarieux and D908.

- From Béziers: Take the D14 towards St Pons-De-Thomières, then follow Maraussan, Cazouls-Lès-Béziers, Cessenon s / Orb and Roquebrun.

- From Castres: Access by Mazamet, then direction St Pons-De-Thomières / Béziers and D908.

- From Millau: Take the A75 to Lodève, then take the direction of Bédarieux, then D908.

Standards and controlled equipment

For this activity, remember to bring:

Lace-up sneakers (rental possible if you don't have one)
Your swimsuit
A towel to dry yourself at the end of the activity
Water to hydrate you
Replacement sneakers / shoes to come home after the activity
